BASIC SITE: this type of site covers simple, basic template web design and includes coding for web accessibility, keywording and meta tag work (for search engines) at no additional charge. Client is responsible for providing site structure, approved copy and web-ready images.

• Any special requirements/features such as a photo album, survey, logo work, shopping cart, database, email forms, web stats, content management system, etc. are charged at the hourly maintenance rate. Approximate costs can be quoted based on complexity of work involved.
• A downpayment (50% of the estimated total cost) is required before we begin building your web site.

We offer web hosting services for your site for $115 per year (payable in advance). This cost is in addition to the web design services.
